Important note about pricing/credits (offer detail): Our services are offered as upfront appointment packs (no retainers and no separate ad spend billed by us). If an appointment pack underperforms against the agreed appointment quantity, we may issue a credit of $280 per missed appointment, consistent with the terms provided at purchase or in your service agreement.
3. Data Storage & Protection
Data is stored in our CRM, scheduling, and automation platforms. We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Access is limited to personnel who need it to operate our services. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Third-Party Tools
We use trusted third-party service providers ("processors") to operate our business, such as:
- CRM and pipeline management software
- Scheduling and calendar tools
- Analytics and A/B testing tools
- Email/SMS messaging platforms and call routing/recording providers
- Payment processors
These providers may process personal information on our behalf and are not permitted to use your data for their own unrelated purposes.
